Genius funds banned
Genius Funds permanently banned for illegally selling securities
On April 7, 2010, a British Columbia Securities Commission panel issued a cease trade order that permanently bans Genius Funds (a.k.a. Genius Investments) from selling securities and engaging in investor relations activities. Genius Funds is also on the BCSC's Investment Caution list .
Investors should not send any money to Genius Funds.
Anyone who has been contacted by an agent for Genius Funds, or been solicited to invest in a similar scheme, is asked to contact the BCSC at 604-899-6854 or 1-800-373-6393.
