Securities regulators investigating Sung Wan (Sean) Kim

The British Columbia Securities Commission is investigating Sung Wan (Sean) Kim, the principal of Cirplus Futures Inc., a Vancouver-based exchange-contracts dealer.

Anyone who has had recent financial dealings with Kim or is a client of Cirplus should contact the BCSC. A Korean (or other language) translator will be made available through our inquiries line at 604-899-6854 or 1-800-373-6393.
