After you file your complaint with us
We review all complaints made to the BCSC. When we receive your complaint, we will send you an acknowledgement letter. If an investigator has been assigned to your complaint, the letter will contain contact information.
You may contact the investigator with questions, comments or concerns, but the investigator will be unable to discuss any details of the investigation with you. We do this to ensure that investigations are not jeopardized in any way.
Once the investigation is complete and we have taken appropriate action, we will inform you of the outcome.
