Report a scam

Report your concerns about possible investment scams to the BC Securities Commission anonymously, using the form below.

We investigate complaints about the sale, recommendation or marketing of securities in British Columbia. If you are not sure that we are the right agency to handle your tip, review our complaints about advisers and complaints about companies sections. These sections explain what we can and cannot do and suggest other agencies that may also be able to help.
