Enforcement Roundup – August 2020

This month’s edition of the Enforcement Roundup includes one British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) criminal enforcement action.

William Everett Graham

Graham, a Vancouver resident, has been charged with fraud over $5,000 and theft over $5,000 following an investigation conducted by the BCSC’s Criminal Investigations Branch.
