Investor Alert: BaFin Warning About Misleading Buy Recommendations

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has become aware that the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority of Germany (BaFin) issued a warning to investors about Goldex Resources Corporation, a Vancouver-based TSXV company.

The BaFin alert states that: “buy recommendations are currently being issued for shares in Goldex Resources Corp. (ISIN: CA3813663018) via e-mail market letters. BaFin has evidence indicating that these buy recommendations contain false or misleading information and/or that existing conflicts of interest are wrongfully concealed.”
