Investment Caution List: Binary Options, Forex, and More

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) added five companies to the Investment Caution List. These entities claim to operate in binary options trading, foreign exchange (forex) trading, online stock trading, and more.

The Investment Caution List identifies unregistered activity and unqualified securities promoted in British Columbia. The BCSC relies on information from the public and other agencies to identify new entries to the List.

None of the companies listed below are registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in BC.

New Additions to the Investment Caution List

TR Binary Options and Boss Capital

TR Binary Options, formerly known as Trade Rush, and Boss Capital claim to be based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and offer a binary options trading platform. Both entities are owned and operated by Melnic Group Ltd.

BCSC InvestRight recently warned investors of the dangers of binary options and binary options scams. No business or individual is registered or authorized to sell or market binary options in Canada.

CFD Capital Markets

CFD Capital Markets claims to provide an online trading platform for forex, forex options, commodities, and contracts for difference.

Omega Mutual Group

Omega Mutual Group offers an online stocks, commodities, precious metals, and currencies trading platform. The company claims to be based in Shanghai, China.

Sea Faith Bullion Limited and Sea Faith International Industrial Limited

Sea Faith Bullion Limited and Sea Faith International Industrial Limited offer an online gold and silver trading platform. Both companies claim to be based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Harbin, and several other cities in China.
