The May 2024 edition of the Enforcement Roundup summarizes two enforcement actions taken by the BC Securities Commission (BCSC). It also includes nine new additions to the Investment Caution List.
BCSC Enforcement
BCSC Settlement Agreement
Glenn Albert Little
The BCSC has imposed an investment market suspension on Glen Albert Little from Langley, the former director of the renewable energy company Green 2 Blue Energy Corp. (also known as G2 Energy Corp). Green 2 Blue announced a private placement and claimed that the net proceeds would be used for facility upgrades, equipment purchases, and general capital.
They failed to disclose their intention to immediately spend the proceeds on consultants and retained only about 13 per cent of the amount raised – both misrepresentations. Little must resign any position he holds as a director, officer or an issuer or registrant.

BCSC Decision
BLOK Technologies Inc. and James Joseph Hyland
BLOK Technologies was found to have published a misleading news release in 2018 when they claimed to have raised approximately $5.4 million from a private placement and that it would be spent towards the company’s blockchain investment projects. However, the news release failed to say that nearly $4.4 million of the financing would go towards consulting fees.
The company is in the process of being dissolved and has been suspended by the BCSC for eight years from trading or purchasing securities and derivatives, and engaging in promotional activities.
