BCSC Settlement Agreements

Varandeep Singh Grewal

Grewal agreed to pay $ to the BCSC and is prohibited from certain investment market activity for ten years.

In 2018, Grewal contributed to investor relations activities on behalf of a mineral exploration company. The investor relations activities contained misleading claims about the company, specifically that it was rapidly assembling operations, was mining and producing a mineral, and had state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly mining technology.

Critical Reagent Processing Corp.

This junior mineral exploration company agreed to pay $30,000 to the BCSC for violating national disclosure standards for mineral projects.

In 2018, the company published a news release with test results about the property in a manner that violated the Canadian requirements for public disclosure of mineral project information.

Our Investment Caution List notifies British Columbians about unqualified investments and unregistered activity originating outside the province but accepts BC residents as clients.
